Expectations - Program Overview

Monthly Service
A monthly service call to the property that includes any small identified project or needed monthly maintenance . Scheduled in advance or as needs come up. (2 hours)
Quarterly Sustainment
This service visit includes services for your properties systems as called for. This can be in depth depending on the homes complexity. We manage all Professional Service Provider visits. (4 hours)
Home and Property Profile.
When you join our program, you will have an initial onboarding visit to create a complete your homes outline and systems. This enhanced profile will help keep track of everything and identify any needs and start scheduling. (4-6 Hours)
On Call services
Anything needed between visits is a quick call/text/email away. Whether its a simple visit or the start of something bigger we are here for your 24/7.
Consultation
Help create a strategy to achieve the desired client goals for their home or properties these sessions can be in person or digital but will help us achieve your goals.
Project Management
Provide the level of support to the client desired for projects handled by PAL and all the way up to larger projects with mutliple trade partners to deliver a result that exceeds expectations.
Professional Trade Partners
As a licensed and bonded General Contractor we can manage any needs when dealing with vendors who keep your home running. (Lawn Care, Cleaners etc.)
